A non-refundable deposit is due in order to complete a reservation.

If Fusion Arts cancels a program in its entirety, all payments for such programs will be returned in full.  Fusion Arts is not responsible for expenses related to the preparation for any canceled trips including airline tickets.

In the event of a refund, Fusion Arts is not responsible for differences in exchange rates. Deposits are received in euros and will be refunded for the full amount received in euros.   ie.  $500 may be received as 450€ and refunded as 450€, but due to varying exchange rates, you may not receive $500 (if the dollar gained in strength against the euro for example).

Cancellations made by students prior to the event start dates, as well as programs canceled due to an act of god/ force majeure may be eligible for a refunded deposit:
8 weeks or more = 100% refund
4 weeks or more = 50% refund
2 weeks or more= 25% refund

Alternatively, deposits may be used for a future program by the applicant or by any person the applicant chooses to transfer the deposit to (excluding those already enrolled in our program at time of cancellation). Deposits not used within 2 years of the originally scheduled event are forfeited.  We will reschedule up to 2 times if necessary. After 3 cancellations, the deposit will be forfeited.

If a program is canceled after classes have begun or if there is a failure to arrive without notification, the deposit will be forfeited.

Any costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, injury or for other unforeseen reasons will be the responsibility of the participant to whom such incidents occur, and will not be subject to refund or discounted program fees from Fusion Arts.

Fusion Arts recommends participants purchase travel insurance to cover financial loss in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
